Have you always wanted to discover the beautiful Barossa Valley, visit its fantastic wineries and view its spectacular surrounds, all without the hassle of driving? Well, this is the tour for you! Passengers on this tour can discuss the winery and sightseeing options with the driver to come up with a suitable itinerary for the day, or you can leave it all in the capable hands of your very informative and friendly driver/guide to decide.

Kick back, relax and enjoy the ride as you meander through South Australia’s premier wine region. There are many boutique wineries to choose from, as well as some famous name wineries that are known across the world. During our day you will notice the different styles of each individual winery, enjoy a very informative wine experiences, visit some significant historical vineyards, have plenty of time to purchase a bottle or two and enjoy a sumptuous lunch at the Monkey Nut Café at Kies Wines or an equally delicious dining outlet.
Some wineries will offer free tastings, while others may involve a charge which you can pay on the day you travel. We can offer the following locations with free of charge tastings:

TeAro Estate
Kies Family Wines
Rusden Wines
Chateau Dorrien Wines

The following are just a sample of what’s on offer in the sightseeing department. Maybe a visit to the gigantic rocking horse at Gumeracha that stands a whopping 18.3 metres (60 feet) – the height of a six-storey building – and that promotes the local toy factory and a magnificent wildlife park. Alternatively, the Whispering Wall in Williams Town is fascinating. This nine storey bowl-shaped wall is a major drawcard to the area and once held the title of the highest dam wall in Australia. It's hard to believe, but just like magic, whispers from one side of the wall can be heard clearly on the other side nearly 140 metres away. Visitors can hold amazing conversations from one end of this engineering masterpiece to the other side. Watch the look of surprise on the faces of your fellow travellers!
Lunch at the Monket Nut Cafe at Kies Wines is included - please note lunch venue may change occasionally. Typical menu would include a choice from:
Signature Monkey Nut Platter for One
A fine Select ion of locally sourced meats, cheeses, antipasto, dips, crackers and a home made red wine damper.
Warm Chicken Salad
Chargrilled chicken served with a garden salad and homemade mustard aioli.
Vegetarian Lentil Curry Pot Pie
Topped with creamy mash and a pinenut, rocket and sundried tomato salad.
Gourmet Steak Sandwich

Fish and Chips
Crispy battered fish, served with a garden salad, chips and home made mustard aioli.
Mengler's Hill is a very popular lookout in the Barossa Valley that boasts spectacular views and features the Barossa Sculpture Park, right at the base of this lovely hill. Take in the incredible multi-shaped works of art in this serene location. Returning back to Adelaide after a magical day, you’ll be returned to your accommodation between about 5 pm and 5:30 pm.
